Join us for a silent practice. Same postures. Teacher-led to keep time. No cueing. Soft background music & candlelight.

This class is designed for practitioners who have familiarity with the series and want to explore in a new way. One year experience with the 26+2 series is recommended. Stay present to your breath and remain focused without the teacher’s assistance.
