We are pleased to offer you the Original Hot Yoga (26+2 Series) + other complementary classes.
Sequence of 26 postures & 2 breathing exercises each done twice, practiced in our healing infrared heated room (105f). A static, therapeutic and energizing practice, great for those new to yoga, at the latter stage of recovering from injury or surgery, or looking for a challenging yet healing everyday practice.
It is always recommended to consult with your physician before beginning any new fitness regimen. It is also in your best interest to advise your BK instructor of any injuries or medical concerns prior to the start of class. *Suitable for all ages 14+ and all levels.
What will I need to bring to class? A yoga mat, a large towel & a water bottle

Hot 90
26+2 SERIES
(90 MINUTES, 105f) Daily
2 sets of the Original Hot Yoga series of 26 postures & 2 breathing exercises, practiced in a heated room.
This amazing 26 posture series was designed for all levels from beginners to advanced, all ages, & offers balancing and healing benefits for every system of the body. Once you get acquainted with the postures, which are always in the same magical sequence, you will begin to increase your endurance, strength & flexibility. The outside heat supports the warming-up of your muscles & provides a detoxifying effect while strengthening your cardiovascular functioning.
Suitable for all ages (*14 yrs old+) & all levels.
Zen Hot 90
26+2 SERIES
(90 MINUTES, 105f) Wednesdays 5pm / Sundays 9am
2 sets of the traditional sequence of 26 postures & 2 breathing exercises, practiced in a heated room.
ZEN HOT 90 has minimal cueing or silence on the 2nd sets of each posture with candlelight & music.
SILENT ZEN has no cueing & the teacher practices with the students to assist with timing.
These classes are designed for students with familiarity with the 26+2 series but accessible for all levels!
Suitable for all ages (*14 yrs old+) & all levels.
Warm Intermediate
BASED IN 26+2 SERIES
(90 MINUTES, low heat 90f) On pause until January
The Warm Intermediate Class is based on postures and practices from the Bishnu Ghosh lineage of Yoga (as is the Original Hot Yoga 26+2 series.) This class provides an opportunity for students to deepen their yoga practice by including postures that develop strength, flexibility, balance, grace, awareness, and control, as well as willpower, confidence, and determination. In addition to postures from the 26&2 series, it includes hip openers, arm balances, inversions, spine strengthening and flexibility, knee, ankle, and feet stretching, abdominal and other strengthening exercises. It encourages students to practice with curiosity, compassion, and celebration!
While this class is accessible to all levels of students, it is highly recommended that students have completed at least 6 months of a committed yoga practice that includes the Original Hot Yoga 26+2 series.

Hot 60
26+2 SERIES
(60 MINUTES, 105f) Tue&Fri 5pm / Sun 11am
In this express version of the Original Hot Yoga series, some of the 26+2 postures are done twice, others once depending on the teacher's flow!
This class is open to all levels, but a familiarity with the practice is recommended. 90 minute traditional classes are recommended alongside 60 minute express classes.

Club 90
26+2 SERIES

The Original Hot Yoga series with a twist! Nightclub vibe! Disco lights! Loud rave/electronic music! No dialogue but hootin' & hollering' allowed!
First set traditional, second set freestyle!
Must have at least one year of experience practicing the traditional 26+2 series and a strong familiarity of the proper technique. No first-timers or guests, please. Included in your BK Membership.

CARDIO & TONE
(50-60 MINUTES) Every day! Minimal or no heat.
BARRE: Barre fitness is a low-impact, full-body workout that combines elements of ballet, Pilates, and yoga to build strength, flexibility, and posture. Classes focus on small, isolated, high-repetition movements using a ballet barre for stability and sometimes light weights, resistance bands, or exercise balls. The goal is to fatigue muscles, promote total-body toning, and improve endurance, with a focus on controlled movements, proper form, and core engagement.
BIIT & RELEASE: This dynamic session kicks off with a 30-minute Barre Intensity Interval Training (BIIT) workout designed to elevate your heart rate and build strength. Expect a blend of traditional barre movements and high-intensity intervals that will challenge your muscles and get your blood pumping. After the intensity, we’ll transition into an extended 20-minute stretch to help you cool down and enhance flexibility, lengthening your muscles and promoting recovery.
BARRE & UNWIND: Elevate your body and alignment with barre fitness and core-focused movements designed to strengthen, refine posture, and awaken your muscles for 40 minutes, followed by 20 minutes of restorative postures to unwind tension and restore calm, leaving you balanced and renewed.
KICK/BOX: A 75 min introduction to martial arts incorporating basic boxing and kickboxing self defense, empowering confidence while getting a great workout! This fitness class offers a dynamic full-body workout that engages various muscle groups and boosts your cardiovascular endurance as well as improves balance, agility and offers stress relief.

Yin Yoga
MELT
(75 MINUTES) Mondays @7pm No heat.
Yin yoga is a great way to balance out the Yang practice of hot yoga by helping you ease into a passive practice to relax muscles, stretch ligaments, tendons, and fascia.
Improve circulation, increase flexibility and reduce tension as you slow down with this complimentary non-heated class. Each posture is held 3-5 minutes to allow your body to relax into the posture stimulating meridians (the energy pathways) of your body.
No experience necessary. All are welcome! Included with your BK membership.
Relax & Renew
SLOW DOWN
(75 MINUTES) Wednesdays @7pm No heat.
Find restoration and balance in this nurturing recovery experience. We begin with grounding breathwork to settle the mind and awaken inner awareness, then guide the body into deep relaxation through a blend of Hatha, Kundalini, Yin, and Restorative lineages — designed to soothe the nervous system and release stored tension.
This unheated, all-levels class invites the sacred practice of healing self-care with gentle movement and mindful stillness. We’ll close with a nourishing sound offering, allowing yourself to fully receive, integrate and anchor into peace and renewal.

Restorative Yoga
RESTORE

GENTLE YOGA w/Monique: Gentle yoga is an all levels gentle and restorative class. The 75 min practice includes basic seated and standing postures with simple transitions and attention to breath work, allowing access to peace and calmness. Drop into deeper awareness of your body's restrictions, awaken weak areas and unwind chronic tension patterns. Variations on postures will be offered to accommodate those with limitations or recovering from injuries.
RESTORATIVE YOGA FUSION w/Jeneesa: Unwind and restore in this nurturing class designed to ease tension and promote full-body relaxation. Enjoy gentle breathwork paired with a mix of yin and restorative yoga and hands on adjustments to soothe your nervous system and invite deep rest. Perfect for all levels, this unheated class offers a tranquil reset for body and mind.
RESTORE & RADIATE w/Susan: Immerse yourself in a deeply nurturing fusion of restorative yoga postures, somatic movement, gentle breathwork, Himalayan kriya, and meditation. This guided journey is designed to rebalance your nervous system, release tension in your body, and help you to learn simple techniques to empower your own practice and self care so that you radiate your best self to the world everyday.
RESTORE & SOUND w/Jasmen: This class is designed to help you fully unwind—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Expect a slow, restful practice with no active movement. You’ll be guided into supported restorative postures, using props to create total comfort and ease in the body. We’ll begin with gentle breathwork to settle the nervous system, and at times, guided Yoga Nidra may be offered—an intentional form of deep rest that supports clarity, restoration, and nervous system reset. As you reach your deepest state of relaxation, live sound healing with crystal singing bowls and the gong will guide you even further inward. The vibrations support release, clear mental fog, and promote a profound sense of peace and rejuvenation. This offering is perfect for anyone in need of deep relaxation, stress relief, and time to reset.
