We are pleased to offer you the Original Hot Yoga (26+2 Series) + other complementary classes.
Sequence of 26 postures & 2 breathing exercises each done twice, practiced in our healing infrared heated room (105f). This amazing 26 posture series was designed for all levels from beginners to advanced, all ages, & offers balancing and healing benefits for every system of the body. Practice daily to receive the most benefits!
Once you get acquainted with the postures, which are always in the same magical sequence, you will begin to increase your endurance, strength & flexibility. The outside heat supports the warming-up of your muscles & provides a detoxifying effect while strengthening your cardiovascular functioning.
A static, therapeutic and energizing practice which is accessible to everyone: ages 14+, brand new to yoga, experienced yoga practitioners, athletes, at the latter stage of recovering from injury or surgery, or looking for a challenging yet healing everyday practice with a welcoming community!
It is always recommended to consult with your physician before beginning any new fitness regimen. It is also in your best interest to advise your BK instructor of any injuries or medical concerns prior to the start of class. *Suitable for all ages 14+ and all levels.

26+2 SERIES

2 sets of the Original Hot Yoga series of 26 postures & 2 breathing exercises, practiced in a heated room.
This healing 26 posture series was designed for all levels from beginners to advanced, all ages, & offers balancing and healing benefits for every system of the body. Once you get acquainted with the postures, which are always in the same predictable sequence, you will begin to increase your endurance, strength & flexibility. The outside heat supports the warming-up of your muscles & provides a detoxifying effect while strengthening your cardiovascular functioning. Recommended daily to experience the most benefits.
Suitable for all ages (*14 yrs old+) & all levels.
ZEN HOT 90 has minimal cueing or silence on the 2nd sets of each posture with candlelight & music.
Hot 60
26+2 SERIES
(60 MINUTES, 105f)
In this express version of the Original Hot Yoga series, some of the 26+2 postures are done twice, others once depending on the teacher's flow! Teacher’s choice to use music with a beat.
This class is open to all levels, but a familiarity with the practice is recommended. 90 minute traditional classes are recommended alongside 60 minute express classes.

Intermediate
BASED IN 26+2 SERIES

The Warm Intermediate Class is based on postures and practices from the Bishnu Ghosh lineage of Yoga (as is the Original Hot Yoga 26+2 series.) This class provides an opportunity for students to deepen their yoga practice by including postures that develop strength, flexibility, balance, grace, awareness, and control, as well as willpower, confidence, and determination. In addition to postures from the 26&2 series, it includes hip openers, arm balances, inversions, spine strengthening and flexibility, knee, ankle, and feet stretching, abdominal and other strengthening exercises. It encourages students to practice with curiosity, compassion, and celebration!
While this class is accessible to all levels of students, it is highly recommended that students have completed at least 6 months of a committed yoga practice that includes the Original Hot Yoga 26+2 series.

Silent Hot 90
26+2 SERIES
(90 MINUTES, 105f) Offered as a pop-up event.
2 sets of the traditional sequence of 26 postures & 2 breathing exercises, practiced in a heated room.
SILENT HOT 90 has no cueing with soft background music. The teacher practices with the students to assist with timing. Offered as a members only pop-up class.
These classes are designed for students with familiarity with the 26+2 series!
Suitable for all ages (*14 yrs old+). Not recommended for beginners.
Club Hot 90
26+2 SERIES
(90 MINUTES, 105f) Offered as a pop-up event.
The Original Hot Yoga series with a twist! Nightclub vibe! Disco lights! Loud rave/electronic music! No dialogue but hootin' & hollering' allowed!
First set traditional, second set freestyle!
Must have at least one year of experience practicing the traditional 26+2 series and a strong familiarity of the proper technique. Included in your BK Membership. Not recommended for beginners.

TONE
(50-60 MINUTES, 90f @5:30am, unheated @other times)
Barre fitness is a low-impact, full-body workout that combines elements of ballet, Pilates, and yoga to build strength, flexibility, and posture. Classes focus on small, isolated, high-repetition movements using a ballet barre for stability and sometimes light weights, resistance bands, or exercise balls. The goal is to fatigue muscles, promote total-body toning, and improve endurance, with a focus on controlled movements, proper form, and core engagement.

Sunrise Grit
STRENGTH & SCULPT
(55-60 MINUTES, 90f)
Honor your health in our sanctuary space with a heated, athletic morning conditioning session. We will begin with heavy compound power moves to build a solid foundation, followed by targeted isolation to refine and lengthen, broken up by boxing fitness bursts to clear the mind and spike metabolism.
No experience necessary. All are welcome! Included with your BK membership.
Cardio Kick/Box

This fitness class incorporates basic boxing and kickboxing movements, empowering confidence while getting a great workout! Receive a dynamic full-body workout that engages various muscle groups and boosts your cardiovascular endurance as well as improves balance, agility and offers stress relief.

Pop-up Events
FITNESS + FAITH
(60 MINUTES)
SANCTUARY GRACE (90f): A soul-centered strength and sculpt experience in a heated room. Set to contemporary worship music, this class trades the cardio boxing bursts in the Sunrise Grit format for "Sanctuary Moments"- intentional pauses for praise, gratitude and prayer.
SANCTUARY BARRE (unheated): A soul-centered, full-body workout based in barre technique designed to strengthen and challenge each muscle group for 40 minutes, followed by 20 minutes of restorative postures to unwind tension, leaving you balanced and renewed. Set to contemporary worship music, class will begin and end with “Sanctuary Moments” of prayer and reflection and will feature a theme designed to inspire you physically, mentally and spiritually.
SANCTUARY DANCE (unheated): A soul-centered dance experience based in ballet & jazz technique, set to classical and contemporary worship music to inspire movement from the heart in praise & gratitude. This class will begin & end with “Sanctuary Moments” in prayer.

Yin Yoga
MELT
(75 MINUTES)
Yin yoga is a great way to balance out the Yang practice of hot yoga by helping you ease into a passive practice to relax muscles, stretch ligaments, tendons, and fascia.
Improve circulation, increase flexibility and reduce tension as you slow down with this complimentary non-heated class. Each posture is held 3-5 minutes to allow your body to relax into the posture stimulating meridians (the energy pathways) of your body.

Relax & Renew
RECOVER
(75 MINUTES)
Find restoration and balance in this nurturing recovery experience. We begin with grounding breathwork to settle the mind and awaken inner awareness, then guide the body into deep relaxation through a blend of yoga lineages — designed to soothe the nervous system and release stored tension.
This unheated, all-levels class invites the sacred practice of healing self-care with gentle movement and mindful stillness. We’ll close with a nourishing sound offering, allowing yourself to fully receive, integrate and anchor into peace and renewal.

Restorative Yoga
RESTORE
(75 MINUTES)
Unwind and restore in this nurturing class designed to ease tension and promote full-body relaxation. Restorative Yoga is not focused on stretching or strengthening the muscles. Rather, restful poses are held for at least 5 minutes with the support of multiple props to meet the student where they are. Restorative yoga encourages safety, support and comfort to soothe the nervous system and receive a tranquil reset for body and mind no matter what stage of life. Come as you are and receive this healing gift!

Restorative Yoga Fusion
UNWIND
