Gentle movement and mindful stillness…

We’ll begin with grounding breathwork to settle the mind and awaken inner awareness, then guide the body into deep relaxation through a blend of Hatha, Kundalini, Yin, and Restorative lineages — designed to soothe the nervous system and release stored tension. This unheated, all-levels class invites the sacred practice of healing self-care with gentle movement and mindful stillness. We’ll close with a nourishing sound offering, allowing yourself to fully receive, integrate and anchor into peace and renewal.
