Gentle yoga is an all levels gentle and restorative class. The 75 min practice includes basic seated and standing postures with simple transitions and attention to breath work, allowing access to peace and calmness. Drop into deeper awareness of your body's restrictions, awaken weak areas and unwind chronic tension patterns. Variations on postures will be offered to accommodate those with limitations or recovering from injuries.
