A 5-week October Kundalini Yoga Series with Kalia!
Kundalini Yoga includes postures (asanas), breathwork (prayanama) and meditation. Each Kriya (set of exercises) has a theme which opens up all of the energy centers that run along your spine, bringing in increased vitality and nervous system regulation.
Journey into the elements of Earth, Fire, Air, Water & Space for 5 Wednesdays in October. Each week enjoy a deep dive into bringing the featured element into balance within your body, mind and spirit. Discover what practice you need most to incorporate into your daily life to stay bright and radiant!
No experience necessary. Bring a yoga mat, water and meditation cushion if you have one.
