This healing yoga series is designed for all levels, including beginners (ages 14 and up)!

Our infrared heating panels allows for a healthy detox and increased cardiovascular health.

Time: 6:30-7:30pm (arrive by 6:15, please)
Tips:Arrive early, well hydrated, wear work out clothes, bring a beach towel, water and a yoga mat. Do not eat a heavy meal within 2 hours of class start time but make sure your blood sugar level is balanced so you have energy for your workout!
