FREE introductory Hot Yoga class: 4/4

This is your chance to check out our studio and the Original Hot Yoga series!

Enjoy this complimentary introduction to the Original Hot Yoga series comprised of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. No experience necessary.

  • This healing yoga series is designed for all levels, including beginners (ages 14 and up)!

  • Feel how wonderful it is to strengthen and move your spine in all the ways intended, as well as improve circulation and flexibility throughout your entire body.

  • Our infrared heating panels allows for a healthy detox and increased cardiovascular health.

Date: Friday April 4th

Time: 6:30-7:30pm (arrive by 6:15, please)

Tips: Arrive early, well hydrated, wear work out clothes, bring a beach towel, water and a yoga mat. Do not eat a heavy meal within 2 hours of class start time but make sure your blood sugar level is balanced so you have energy for your workout!
