During this 2 hour experiential workshop, you'll learn about the:
Science behind these ancient techniques and how they impact your physiology

Transcendental power of using your breath for radical healing and transformation
Specific practices you can easily integrate into your life with just 10 minutes or less everyday
Jamie & Susan Alden have an expansive base of knowledge and experience stemming from the Himalayan traditions of Northern India and clinical applications in the West. They will share the practices that have transformed their lives as well as many others in a way that is enlightening, practical, and fun.
What to Bring: Please bring a yoga mat, meditation cushion or bolster if you have one, water bottle, and pen & notebook/journal. (We will have some bolsters, cushions, and blankets on hand if you do not have your own props).
How to Prepare: Dress comfortably. Don't eat a heavy meal prior to coming. Ideally give your food an hour or so to digest before you arrive. Come with an open heart, curious mind, and a spirit of adventure. Give your soul permission to soar!
