Activate Your Inner Warrior!

Harness the power of your breath for self-discovery, healing, optimal performance & empowerment through "battle tested" breathing techniques!

Men, during this 2 hour experiential workshop, you will:

  • Practice breathing techniques to help you regulate your nervous system and tap into a deeper sense of self

  • Experience the transcendental power of your breath and a potential path towards radical healing and transformation

  • Learn the basic science behind these ancient techniques and how they impact your physiology

  • Be empowered with specific practices you can easily integrate into your life in just 10 minutes to elevate your health, vitality, and consciousness

  • Connect with a conscious community of men

This journey is led by Jamie Alden, a retired Army Green Beret who is a certified yoga and meditation instructor. Jamie has been facilitating conscious communities of men for decades. In this workshop he will guide the group in techniques proven to activate well-being in mind, body and spirit on and off the battlefields of life.

What to Bring: Please bring a yoga mat, meditation cushion or bolster if you have one, water bottle, and pen & notebook/journal. Bolsters, cushions, and blankets will be on hand if you do not have your own equipment.

How to Prepare: Dress comfortably for movement. Don't eat a heavy meal prior to coming. Ideally give your food an hour or so to digest before you arrive. Come with an open mind and a spirit of adventure.
