This journey is led by Jamie Alden, a retired Army Green Beret who is a certified yoga and meditation instructor. Jamie has been facilitating conscious communities of men for decades. In this workshop he will guide the group in techniques proven to activate well-being in mind, body and spirit on and off the battlefields of life.
What to Bring: Please bring a yoga mat, meditation cushion or bolster if you have one, water bottle, and pen & notebook/journal. Bolsters, cushions, and blankets will be on hand if you do not have your own equipment.
How to Prepare: Dress comfortably for movement. Don't eat a heavy meal prior to coming. Ideally give your food an hour or so to digest before you arrive. Come with an open mind and a spirit of adventure.
